Bag Palletizing machine is manufactured by our group company Arodo India Pvt. Ltd. (A Joint Venture Company with Arodo BVBA Belgium)
The GR palletiser combines the advantages of a robot and a conventional palletiser system in one machine. This particular system has been especially developed for overlapped palletising of different sack dimensions caused by fluctuating weighments and product densities. Furthermore, a stable pallet is created through the overlapped sack positioning that also enables pallet layers to be formed inboard of the pallet, helping reduce damage caused by overhang.
In contrast to normal robot palletising systems we also achieve a very precise and secure finished pallet by applying side and top pressure.
Capacity : up to 1000 bags/hr.
The DS range of palletisers forms the rows with a turning head and a formation belt conveyor. The rows are transferred to the stripping plate by a row pushers.
Using a special programme it is possible to palletise with gaps between the bags, without mechanical stops. This gives flexibility in the choice for bag dimensions.
Capacity : up to 2500 bags/hr.
The GRS palletiser is a compact palletising system with a maximum capacity of 600 cycles/hour. It features a vertical sack lifting device, rotation head and an adjustable sack layer guide for precise overlapped or non overlapped sack placement and a perfect vertical pallet stack. The sack lifting system is integrated within the guarded palletiser boundary to save floor space and so that the system can be positioned almost immeduately after the discharge point on the filling and closing lin.
The GRS palletiser can also be delivered as a semi automatic version without empty pallet magazine and roller conveyor. In this version the empty palllet is placed on the floor and the finished pallet removed by hand pallet truck.
