Bag Flattener

Bag flatteners are Belt conveyors that flatten filled bags for uniform stacking.

Filled bags pass between two sets of Belt conveyors that automatically compress and shape the bags to a uniform "brick-like" shape for better palletizing. Uniformly flattened bags ensure less product spillage and product damage due to uneven pallet loads.

Bag Flatteners are usually located after a Bag Kicker/Bag Turner and before a Transfer conveyor.

It can also be of Single Roller construction.
