The Mobile Bagging Machine is a transportable bagging system which provides operational flexibility and fast return on capital investment. On-site movement and site-to-site transportation means that up to 120 tonnes of bulk delivered or stockpiled materials can be bagged each hour at the right time, in the right place. This mobile bagging machine allows costs reduction thanks to the faster shipping and rolling stock turnaround times and the lower demurrage and wharfage fees.

The transportable bagging unit comprises of two series Shipping containers modified with side openings, flooring and support members, with weighing and bagging equipment. The top container houses material hoppers and weighers, and the bottom container the discharge chutes, bag holders, sewing heads and conveyors.

The one has single weigh hopper and another one is two weighers and a single sewing line for higher productivity.

Depending on your product and operator, you can reach throughputs of up to 1200 25 Kg bags per hour with this semi-automated system.
